About Singfung Labs
We started out of love for computing,and built a cloud you can trust.
Nobody assigned us to cloud computing. We were people working in other industries who spent our evenings thinking about how to make servers run better — until we decided to make it our job.
Our story
Not trained for it,so we made sure we understood every step.
Our leadership team includes people who studied international trade, architecture, finance and teaching — very few of us read computer science. What brought us together was one dream: computing that is reliable, transparent and within everyone’s reach.
We started by teaching ourselves — reading documentation, taking machines apart, building systems in our own racks and tearing them down again. That taught us that customers rarely get stuck on the technology itself; they get stuck on unclear prices, specifications they can’t check and support they can’t reach.
So every Singfung Labs product answers three questions first: is the price clear, can the specification be checked, and will someone own the problem if something goes wrong? The habit of learning out of love is one we intend to keep.
Our journey
How we got here
2017
It started with one second-hand server
The founding members met at a weekend tech meet-up and chipped in for a second-hand server — our first shared lab.
2019
Our first customers
We began running servers for e-commerce and gaming teams we knew, learning operations first-hand — on-call, backups and incident response.
2021
Into Asia Pacific
Hong Kong and Singapore regions went live for cross-border commerce, gaming and finance customers.
2023
GPU compute
The Ningxia GPU region came online for model training, inference and media processing.
2025
Into Europe and North America
GPU regions in Texas and Munich followed, along with our London region.
2026
Singfung Group Limited is formed
The group parent was established in the UK, and Singfung Labs and Singfung Capital launched under one brand. Bangkok and Auckland regions are in preparation.
