We buy and negotiate warranty at scale, so the cover and the cost we get are better than one organisation can secure alone. We pass that on, together with our engineers, as one clear, predictable yearly fee — timed to suit your financial year, depending on model and configuration.

Option 1

Private cloud: hardware on your premises

We supply the servers and the technical support, installed in your office or a server room you choose. You simply use them; when something fails, ages or runs short, that is our job.

  • Round-the-clock cover, with engineers you can reach directly
  • Failed disks, memory and other parts replaced straight away; we deal with the vendor afterwards
  • Upgrade the configuration as models allow, or add more machines at any time
  • One yearly fee; on some models, buy the server outright for a nominal price after three years

Dedicated access: hardware in our data centre, wired to you

Your server sits in our data centre behind full network firewalls — or, if you prefer, with no public network connection at all. Through our partner Cloudflare’s Network Interconnect (Private Network Interconnect), we link your network straight to the server over a dedicated private channel.

  • Nothing crosses the public internet; data moves only between you and the server
  • Where we have a facility in your country, we can coordinate local carrier work or build the virtual LAN for you
  • Power, cooling, access control and monitoring are all on us
  • Committed pricing: the longer the term, the lower the price

What people ask before signing

If the server fails, how long do we wait?

We monitor around the clock. When a disk, memory module or other common part fails we replace it straight away and sort out the warranty with the manufacturer ourselves — you never wait for a repair.

What if it turns out not to be enough?

You can upgrade the configuration as the model allows, or add machines at any time. The fee is adjusted to match — no new procurement round.

Who owns the hardware after three years?

It depends on the model. On some, after three years you can buy the hardware for a nominal price and keep it; or you can renew and move to newer hardware.

Does data really stay off the public internet?

With dedicated access, your network connects to the server through Cloudflare Network Interconnect’s private interconnect over a dedicated channel, and the server itself can have no public connection at all.
