Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out uses of the services that are not allowed, to protect every customer, the network and the public. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all Singfung Labs services.

  1. 01Illegal content and activity

    You may not use the services to store, send or distribute content that breaks the law where the service runs or where you are, including child sexual abuse material, content infringing intellectual property, material connected with fraud or money laundering, and content inciting violence or terrorism.

  2. 02Network and security

    • Do not access, scan or attack other people’s systems or networks without permission.
    • Do not launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks, or host botnet command-and-control servers.
    • Do not distribute malware, phishing sites or credential-harvesting pages.
    • Do not forge packet sources, email headers or domain information.

  3. 03Security testing

    You may penetration-test and scan resources in your own account without asking first. Tests must not affect other customers or our infrastructure; tell us by ticket in advance if a load test will exceed the bandwidth you have bought or involves shared components.

  4. 04Email

    Do not send bulk commercial email without recipients’ consent. To prevent abuse, outbound port 25 is blocked by default on new accounts; you can ask for it to be opened by ticket if you have a legitimate need.

  5. 05Use of resources

    • Do not use false identities or multiple accounts to get around usage limits, trial rules or promotions.
    • Do not mine cryptocurrency on the services without our written agreement.
    • Do not resell the services to anyone engaged in activities this policy prohibits.

  6. 06What we do about breaches

    When we find or are told about a breach, we will contact you and give you reasonable time to fix it. Where the breach is serious, is harming others, or the law requires it, we may suspend the affected resources immediately and restore them once the problem is resolved. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to account termination.

  7. 07Reporting abuse

    If you see Singfung Labs resources being used for abuse, report it through the contact form on the website with the time, IP addresses and any evidence. We act on reports within one business day.
