A broken layout, a dead link, a typo, or a feature that just won’t work — every report goes straight to our engineers. One more sentence from you means one less problem for the next person.

  • Tell us what you were trying to do and what actually happened — it helps us find the cause faster.
  • Security issues are handled first. Please don’t put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the form.
  • A Labs customer with a problem in your own services? Open a ticket in the account centre for a faster answer.
