Flexible payment terms: pay when it suits you
Verified company accounts can apply for credit online and pay for orders on credit; settling within the term is free, and large amounts can be spread.
Beyond price, there is a real problem we have long wanted to solve and that is easy to overlook: when you pay. From today, flexible payment terms are live on Singfung Labs — so payments follow your cash flow, instead of your business bending around the bill.
Every company keeps its own books
Some companies close their accounts mid-year or at year end; some want a big expense to land in a particular month, such as the end of the financial year; some run projects and only get paid once a client signs off. Yet most cloud platforms are rigid with ordinary accounts: once the invoice is out, it is due early next month, and not a day later.
So healthy companies end up cutting back on resources, delaying launches or fronting costs on personal credit cards, simply because the timing of payments does not fit.
How it works
- Apply online: fill in your company details in the account centre and upload registration documents with recent accounts or bank statements.
- We assess: from your spend, industry and finances we set a limit and term, usually within three to five business days.
- Pay on credit: after checkout, choose “Pay on credit” on the invoice; the service starts at once and the amount moves onto your term.
- Repay on your schedule: settle at any time within the term or turn a large amount into instalments; your limit frees up as you repay.
Settling within the term is free
This is the point we most want to make: within the agreed term, settling at any time carries no interest and no fee. Clear it in whichever month is flush. Only when you choose to spread a large amount over instalments is there a fee.
Limits, terms and instalments are set per customer and project
There is no single price list for everyone. Limits and terms are set from your scale, industry and history with us; the number of instalments and the fee are agreed per customer and project and written down when your credit is approved. Before any instalment plan, you see the full calculation — how much each time, when each is due, and the fee — and decide with everything in front of you.
What if something is late
While something is overdue, new purchases on credit pause and a colleague will contact you first. One late payment does not switch off your services automatically — we would rather sort things out together than stop your business.
Who it is for
Flexible terms suit companies with steady cloud spend whose payments need to match their financial rhythm: project-based software and design firms, cross-border e-commerce, retailers and game studios with seasonal peaks, and growing companies that would rather keep cash in the business.
Applying is free and does not affect your current account. You will find the form under Credit terms in your account centre.
Update, October 2026: verified developer accounts can now apply for credit too, with more modest limits. Personal accounts cannot apply yet — become a developer or upgrade to a company account first.
